The Black Mass Tour - November 1st, 2014
Drama Club
I was still in line to get in the concert at The Wiltern whenever Drama Club started their performance but from what I did get to see, they are very talented. They wear masks that at first I thought I wasn't going to like them because to me they looked creepy and odd but boy was I wrong! I had never heard of this band before the concert and it didn't seem like many others at the concert had either but by the end of their performance everyone was loving them!
(Sorry for the words, it was my video from my snapchat story)
Set It Off
This was another band that I had never heard of before and I wasn't sure what to expect. I know I could of just looked them up before the concert but I wanted a raw experience with these two bands. Set It Off was a very upbeat and outgoing band. Although this was a very good band, I did not like how they presented themselves. Especially to new potential fans.
Falling In Reverse
Falling In Reverse was the main reason for me to go to this concert. I was so ready & excited to be able to see them in concert for the first time & I was not disappointed! Ronnie Radke seemed like he was only their because he had to perform but he still put on a great performance! They had a basketball theme with all of the band members wearing basketball uniforms. I wasn't expecting them to come out in this but that's exactly why I love this band! They always seem to throw their fans a curve ball(: Halfway through their performance, they had fans shoot a blowup basketball into nets on the stage from where they were standing. They were told that if they made it that they would get a free T-shirt so of course everyone close enough to the stage wanted in on this. Every fan that got a chance to shoot the ball ended up not being able to make it but they all got free T-shirts anyways which was fair since the nets where so far away from them. Falling In Reverse had an amazing performance and I'm glad that I was able to of had such a great experience! (:

Black Veil Brides
Going to this concert, Black Veil Brides was a band that I only knew a few of their songs but still liked them. I have to say though that after seeing their performance, I became a new member of the BVB Army(: I wasn't expecting anything amazing from this band going to this concert & I really didn't understand what all the hype was about over BVB. As soon as they started performing, it was like it all clicked! They captured the audiences attention from the very first moment they went on stage. Even though I didn't know many of their songs they performed, I still found myself rocking out to every song. They surprised me with their performance and it's something that I will never forget! You could tell that every member in the band, just by watching their performance, loved what they do & were having nothing but fun on stage. I had no idea that BVB had a new album that had just come out but after hearing them perform some of their new songs off it, I had to check it out & I recommend y'all check it out too! (:

The Black Mass Halloweekend concert on November 1st turned out to be an even better concert than I had expected. I went to this concert only looking forward to seeing Falling In Reverse but came out extremely pleased with the whole concert. FIR & BVB truly went above and beyond my expectation & this will be a concert that I will never forget(:
